Voice of Seniors Educators Meet in Paris for 2nd Train-the-Trainers Workshop
On March 10–11, 2026, the Voice of Seniors partnership gathered in Paris, France, for its 2nd international Train-the-Trainers Workshop, hosted by French partner M3Cube.
Educators and project representatives from all seven partner organisations across Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Poland, Portugal, and Slovenia came together for two intensive days of learning and exchange.
Building on the podcasting fundamentals explored during the 1st workshop in Kraków (December 2025), the Paris workshop shifted focus to the content and storytelling side of podcast creation — the skills educators will rely on most when they begin working directly with seniors in their communities.
Participants worked on researching and fact-checking podcast content, including the responsible use of AI tools; creating structured episode scripts using the “episode map” and anchor points strategy; preparing for interviews with guests, with emphasis on storytelling conversation design; and managing conversation flow during recording through rescue points and dynamic scenarios
The workshop combined presentations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions, giving educators from different countries the chance to learn from each other’s approaches to working with older adults.
The next phase of the project will see partners return to their local communities to begin piloting podcast creation with seniors — turning the skills developed in Kraków and Paris into real stories and real impact.
The Voice of Seniors project (2025-1-PL01-KA220-ADU-000365971) is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme. The partnership brings together Fundacja Mapa Pasji (Poland, coordinator), Fundacja Continuum (Poland), Institut Anton Trstenjak (Slovenia), RUTIS (Portugal), M3Cube (France), CitizensAct (Cyprus), and BICC-Sandanski (Bulgaria).
