Voice of Seniors – Empowering Experience through Podcasts

Voice of Seniors (VoS) is an international Erasmus+ initiative aimed at empowering people over 60 to become active creators in the digital world. Instead of treating seniors only as students, we support them as “actors of social change” who possess unique knowledge vital for their communities.

Led by the Mapa Pasji (Poland), the project brings together seven organizations from Bulgaria, France, Portugal, Cyprus, Slovenia, and Poland. Together, we are developing an innovative training program that teaches both educators and seniors how to record, edit, and promote professional podcasts using simple tools like smartphones.

What are we creating?

• Online Course: 6 modules for educators in 7 languages.
• Web Portal: A platform featuring over 25 podcast series recorded by seniors on topics like local heritage, active aging, and climate change.
• International Workshops: Exchange of experiences between seniors and trainers from across Europe.

Our goal is to bridge the digital gap and prove that seniors’ voices are essential in building a modern, inclusive Europe.
